Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Although we do not offer in-house payment plans, we do allow for patients to send in monthly pre-payment installments to accumulate enough for treatment needs and we offer CareCredit.  This plan requires your approved credit.  There is no application fee.  You can apply and receive instant results here. This arrangement must be made prior to treatment.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We make every attempt to estimate your co-pay prior to service.  Payment of your deductible and the estimated portion your insurance does not cover is expected at time of treatment.  We will also send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.  Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  We are unable to negotiate with your insurance company on your behalf.
