About Dr. Noelle

Dr. Noelle Klemann has been part of the dental field since 2006, when she began her career as a dental hygienist. Before long, she realized her passion for dentistry ran deeper — she wanted to care for patients on a broader level. That led her to dental school at Oregon Health & Science University, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the National Dental Honor Society. After earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, Dr. Klemann completed a General Practice Residency at the Portland VA Medical Center, gaining advanced training in surgical and restorative procedures, dental implants, and care for medically complex patients.

In 2020, Dr. Klemann purchased Distinctive Dentistry and set out to create a practice where dentistry feels personal, not clinical — a place where patients feel genuinely cared for. Her approach is grounded in the belief that oral health is the gateway to whole-body health, and that great dentistry is about far more than fixing teeth. She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered in their care.

Known for her gentle, straightforward style, Dr. Klemann is a lifelong learner who stays current through continuing education in all aspects of general and restorative dentistry. She’s proud to serve the Clackamas community and values the long-term relationships she builds with her patients and their families.

Outside the office, Noelle enjoys life with her husband, Matt, and their son, Henry, who’s in third grade and keeps them laughing. Together, she and Matt also own The Arlington Taphouse & Food Carts, a local gathering place that shares the same welcoming spirit as her dental practice.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her in the garden, fishing Oregon’s rivers, or caring for her collection of aquariums — home to axolotls, tropical fish, and a few frogs. She’s happiest surrounded by living things, whether they have roots, fins, or smiles.
